As a Functional Medicine Health Coach, my role is to guide and support individuals in achieving optimal health by addressing the root causes of illness — not just the symptoms.
Functional medicine is a personalised, science-based approach that considers how genetics, environment, lifestyle, and mindset all contribute to your health.
Whether you're dealing with conditions like chronic fatigue, autoimmune symptoms, skin issues, gut imbalances, or just a sense that you're not functioning at your best, my goal is to help you create the internal and external environment your body needs to heal.

The Functional Health Reset
The Functional Health Reset is a 10-session, one-on-one coaching program designed to help you take control of your health and wellbeing through a functional medicine approach.
Led by Max, a dedicated Functional Medicine Lifestyle Coach, this program focuses on identifying and addressing the root causes of imbalance in your body, rather than just managing symptoms.
Over the course of 10 personalised 45-minute sessions, ideally completed within 15 weeks,
you’ll receive expert guidance on key lifestyle factors such as :
