HEALTH & WELLBEING PROGRAMME

| CANCER REHABILITATION |
As a Cancer Rehabilitation Coach with Ahead Of The Game Foundation, I support people with a confirmed cancer diagnosis — and their families — through a fully funded Health & Wellbeing Rehabilitation Programme.
My role blends physical, mental, and emotional support, helping clients rebuild strength, restore confidence, and regain control of their health and wellbeing.
Whether you’re facing chronic health challenges like gut imbalance, hormonal issues, or recovering from cancer, I take a holistic approach — looking beyond symptoms to see the full person. Your story matters. I don’t offer off-the-shelf solutions; I guide you, empower you, and walk with you toward lasting change.
At Ahead Of The Game Foundation we are bridging the gap in the NHS for offering rehabilitation to anyone with a cancer diagnosis.
Our physical activity programme is designed to aid cancer pre/rehabilitation by improving your physical, mental health and wellbeing which will help to improve the quality of life.
This physical activity/wellbeing programme consist of two phases and levels of support.
PHASE ONE: INSTANT SUPPORT - once your application is submitted, you’ll begin Phase 1 immediately, with access to our exclusive Members Hub.
PHASE TWO: BESPOKE PROGRAMME - you will be created a bespoke physical programme with a dedicated Cancer Rehabilitation Specialist Coach.
Our current waiting period for fully funded phase two bespoke programme is 12 months from application.
We will let you know by email when you’re moving into Phase 2, which is your tailored physical programme. We understand that this can be frustrating and Ahead Of The Game is working endless to secure future funding to offer as many phase two placements as possible. However all applications will receive instant support and guidance.
Since 2025 we are now offering the option for self-funded placements, for anyone who wishes to join the physical programme instantly and does not require their placement funded.
